Clear invasive koa haole, mend paddock boundaries, and move portable poultry coops to fresh ground.

Community voices

Why we trade Saturdays for soil work

Coming out here every other weekend grounds me. You work alongside neighbors, get red dirt on your boots, and see the fence line standing straight by noon.

Kalei M., windward resident

I had zero farming background when I started. The crew leads are patient teachers, and the shared snacks under the shade tree make the hard work worth it.

David L., community volunteer

There is nothing quite like starting your Saturday morning clearing brush with an open view of the ridge and ending it sharing stories over fresh local fruit.

Nohea K., regular work crew lead
